Katagu Lutheran Teachers College is now formally recognized as a higher learning institution under PNG’s Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST). This milestone will enhance our credibility and allow more students to access HECAS support and government-recognized qualifications.
🔗 View Facebook Video🏫 May 10, 2025 — New Classrooms & Dormitories Completed
Construction of two new classrooms and a dormitory block was completed this month thanks to support from the Lutheran Church and donors. This will accommodate our growing number of students and provide a better learning environment.
📖 April 2, 2025 — New Library Resources Donated
Thanks to a generous partner organization, the college received over 200 textbooks covering education, theology, and leadership. These books are now available to students in our newly upgraded resource center.
